Warranty

All products from BunnyFlip come with a warranty valid for six months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers faults or defects due to manufacturing errors and means that we will offer repair or replacement of the product in such cases.

If you discover a manufacturing defect on your product, please contact our support at support@bunnyflip.se. We will investigate the fault and assess if it can be resolved without returning the product. If needed, you will receive clear instructions for return and possible repair or replacement.

Important to know: The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include damages caused by incorrect installation, use, maintenance, or repairs performed by you or third parties. The warranty also does not apply if the product has been modified, opened, or repaired by unauthorized persons.

To validate the warranty, you need to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation.

 

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to our products as each unit is custom-made according to your specific wishes and needs.

Therefore, we recommend that you carefully check all details before ordering and contact our support if you have any questions.

BunnyFlip products are not intended for use in traffic or on public roads. We fully distance ourselves from any use that violates applicable laws and regulations. Use of our products is entirely at your own risk.

We recommend that the license plate flipper is used only for demonstration or off-road purposes on private and enclosed areas.

By purchasing and using our products, you accept full responsibility for complying with applicable laws and any consequences that may arise from improper or illegal use.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Sweden. For deliveries outside Sweden, a shipping fee applies at checkout. In some cases, additional charges may apply depending on the country, and we will contact you after your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package during delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary and sometimes be longer than usual. This is because our products are built to order and some components may occasionally be out of stock.

If your product is damaged during transport, please contact us at support@bunnyflip.se within 7 days so we can investigate the matter and assist you.

If parts are missing from the delivery, please carefully check the contents of the package first. If anything is still missing, contact us directly at support@bunnyflip.se and we will resolve it.
